We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in original condition and returned with original packaging (including any accessories, tags, and inserts)

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  • Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
  • Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved:
  • Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
