We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be in original condition and returned with original packaging (including any accessories, tags, and inserts)
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
- Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
- Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved:
- Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
- The following are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
